Art. 14 Decisions on financial assistance and other forms of support

1 Financial assistance and other forms of support are awarded by the Federal Office8 responsible (Federal Office).

2 If the Federal Office does not have the required technical knowledge, it shall have the applications assessed by technical committees or specially instructed experts.

Art. 14 Decisioni sugli aiuti finanziari e sulle altre forme di sostegno

1 Le decisioni in merito all’assegnazione di aiuti finanziari e di altre forme di sostegno sono prese dall’Ufficio federale competente8 (Ufficio).

2 Nei settori in cui non dispone delle necessarie conoscenze tecniche, l’Ufficio fa esaminare le domande da commissioni d’esperti o da esperti incaricati.
