Art. 70 Tasks of the EBBK

1 The EBBK shall carry out the following tasks:

a.
the provision of advice to the Confederation on general matters relating to the VPET system as well as on matters relating to development, coordination and harmonisation with general education sector policies;
b.
the assessment of VPET development projects referred to in Article 54, requests for funding of specific activities that serve the public interest referred to in Article 55, subsidies for professional education referred to in Article 56 as well as activities relating to research, studies, pilot projects and services relating to the VET, professional education and job-related CET sectors referred to in Article 48 paragraph 2 letter b.

2 The EBBK may also submit its own proposals and provide grant funding agencies with recommendations on projects under assessment.

Art. 71 Commissione federale di maturità professionale

Il Consiglio federale istituisce una Commissione federale di maturità professionale.36 La Commissione è organo consultivo per le questioni inerenti alla maturità professionale, in particolare per quelle relative al riconoscimento delle procedure di qualificazione.
