Art. 56 Vote

1 The vote is normally held using the electronic voting system.

2 No member of the Council is obliged to vote.

3 Voting by proxy is not permitted.

4 The rapporteurs vote from their desks, and the other members of the Council from their seats.

Art. 56 Espressione del voto

1 Le votazioni si svolgono di norma mediante procedimento elettronico.

2 Nessun deputato è obbligato a votare.

3 Il voto per rappresentanza è escluso.

4 I relatori votano dal loro scanno; gli altri deputati dal loro banco.
