171.13 Regolamento del Consiglio nazionale del 3 ottobre 2003 (RCN)
Art. 4 Tasks of the Provisional Bureau
1 The Provisional Bureau shall:
- a.
- verify whether the elections of the majority of council members have remained uncontested or have been declared valid, and if so, propose that the Council declare that it is constituted;
- b.
- verify whether any of the newly elected members of the council are subject to the incompatibility provisions of Article 14 letters b-f ParlA, and, if applicable, propose a declaration of incompatibility;
- c.
- ascertain the results of the votes and elections in the Council, until the new Bureau is elected.
2 The other tasks of the Bureau are carried out by the outgoing Bureau of the previous legislative period until the new Bureau is elected.
Art. 4 Compiti dell’Ufficio provvisorio
1 L’Ufficio provvisorio:
- a.
- esamina se le elezioni della maggioranza dei deputati sono rimaste incontestate o sono state dichiarate valide e, se questo presupposto risulta adempiuto, propone alla Camera di proclamarsi costituita;
- b.
- esamina se per i deputati neoletti vi siano incompatibilità secondo l’articolo 14 lettere b–f LParl e in caso affermativo propone alla Camera di accertarlo;
- c.
- fino all’elezione del nuovo Ufficio, accerta l’esito di elezioni e votazioni nella Camera.
2 Fino all’elezione del nuovo Ufficio, gli altri compiti dell’Ufficio sono svolti dall’Ufficio della precedente legislatura.
