Art. 75a National Land Survey

1 The National Land Survey is the responsibility of the Confederation.

2 The Confederation shall issue regulations on official surveying.

3 It may issue regulations on the harmonisation of official information relating to the land.

Art. 75a Misurazione

1 La misurazione nazionale compete alla Confederazione.

2 La Confederazione emana prescrizioni sulla misurazione ufficiale.

3 Può emanare prescrizioni sull’armonizzazione delle informazioni fondiarie ufficiali.
