Art. 1 Package travel

1 Package travel means the pre-arranged combination of not fewer than two of the following when sold or offered for sale at an inclusive price and when the service covers a period of more than twenty-four hours or includes overnight accommodation:

a.
transport;
b.
accommodation;
c.
other tourist services not ancillary to transport or accommodation and accounting for a significant proportion of the package.

2 This Act also applies if various components of the same package have been billed separately.

Art. 1 Voyage à forfait

1 Par voyage à forfait, on entend la combinaison fixée préalablement d’au moins deux des prestations suivantes, lorsqu’elle est offerte à un prix global et qu’elle dépasse vingt-quatre heures ou inclut une nuitée:

a.
le transport;
b.
l’hébergement;
c.
les autres services touristiques non accessoires au transport ou à l’hébergement représentant une part importante dans le forfait.

2 La présente loi s’applique également lorsque les diverses prestations d’un même voyage à forfait sont facturées séparément.
