Art. 21c Enforcement by the cantons

1 The cantonal food inspection agencies shall enforce Section 3 in accordance with the legislation on foodstuffs, subject to Article 21.

2 They shall report any irregularities to FOAG and the certification bodies.

Art. 21c Exécution par les cantons

1 Les organes cantonaux de contrôle des denrées alimentaires exécutent la section 3 conformément à la législation sur les denrées alimentaires, sous réserve de l’art. 21.

2 Ils signalent à l’OFAG et aux organismes de certification les irrégularités constatées.
