Art. 38 Authorisation

1 Any person who wishes to construct a landfill or a compartment requires a construction permit from the cantonal authority.

2 Any person who wishes to operate a landfill or a compartment requires an operating licence from the cantonal authority.

Art. 38 Régime d’autorisation

1 Quiconque entend aménager une décharge ou un compartiment doit obtenir de l’autorité cantonale une autorisation d’aménager.

2 Quiconque entend exploiter une décharge ou un compartiment doit obtenir de l’autorité cantonale une autorisation d’exploiter.
