Art. 111 Implementation

1 The Federal Council shall issue the implementing provisions.

2 It may establish a standing committee to examine the question of whether the seriousness of the offence justifies the disclosure of classified information. The members of the committee are bound to secrecy like officials of the Confederation.

Art. 111 Exécution

1 Le Conseil fédéral édicte les prescriptions d’exécution.

2 Il peut instituer une commission permanente chargée d’examiner si l’importance de l’infraction justifie la communication de renseignements concernant le domaine secret. Les membres de la commission sont tenus au secret au même titre que les fonctionnaires fédéraux.
