1 If another State enforces the criminal judgment, the Swiss authority shall abandon enforcement provided the requested State has not given notice that it will not conclude it.
2 The convicted person may be taken into custody so as to ensure his transfer.
3 Article 89 paragraphs 2 and 3 apply by analogy.
1 Lorsqu’un État étranger accepte d’exécuter une décision, l’autorité suisse s’abstient de toute exécution, tant que l’État requis n’a pas fait savoir qu’il ne la mènerait pas à chef.
2 Le condamné peut être incarcéré en vue de son transfert.
