Art. 355e 5quater. SIRENE Office

1 fedpol manages the central office for the exchange of supplementary information with the Schengen states (SIRENE Office).487

2 Das SIRENE Office is the contact, coordination and consultation point for the exchange of information in connection with the alerts in the SIS. It reviews the formal admissibility of Swiss and foreign alerts in the SIS.

Art. 355e 5quater. Bureau SIRENE

1 Fedpol gère le service centralisé responsable de l’échange d’informations supplémentaires avec les États Schengen (bureau SIRENE).491

2 Le bureau SIRENE est l’autorité de contact, de coordination et de consultation pour l’échange d’informations en relation avec les signalements figurant dans le SIS. Il contrôle l’admissibilité formelle des signalements nationaux et étrangers dans le SIS.
