Repealed by No II 2 of the FA of 28 Sept. 2018 on the implementation of Directive (EU) 2016/680 on the protection of natural persons with regard to the processing of personal data by competent authorities for the purposes of the prevention, investigation, detection or prosecution of criminal offences or the execution of criminal penalties, with effect from 1 March 2019 (AS 2019 625; BBl 2017 6941).

Abrogés par le ch. II 2 de la LF du 28 sept. 2018 mettant en œuvre la directive (UE) 2016/680 relative à la protection des personnes physiques à l’égard du traitement des données à caractère personnel à des fins de prévention et de détection des infractions pénales, d’enquêtes et de poursuites en la matière ou d’exécution de sanctions pénales, avec effet au 1er mars 2019 (RO 2019 625; FF 2017 6565).
