Art. 355c 5bis. Cooperation under the Schengen Association Agreement. Jurisdiction

The federal and cantonal police authorities shall implement the provisions of the Schengen Association Agreement484 in accordance with domestic law.

Art. 355c Droit applicable.

Les organes de police fédéraux et cantonaux appliquent les dispositions des accords d’association à Schengen488 en conformité avec la législation nationale.
