Art. 355b b. Extension of mandate

The Federal Council is authorised to agree with Europol amendments to the scope of its mandate in accordance with Article 3 paragraph 3 of the Agreement of 24 September 2004482 between the Swiss Confederation and the European Police Office.

Art. 355b b. Extension du mandat

Le Conseil fédéral est autorisé à convenir avec Europol d’une modification du champ d’application du mandat, dans le cadre de l’art. 3, par. 3, de l’Accord du 24 septembre 2004 entre la Confédération suisse et l’Office européen de police486.
