Art. 327b Failure to comply with the statutory obligations of associations

Any person who wilfully fails to comply with the any of obligations for associations specified in Articles 61a and 69 paragraph 2 of the Civil Code434 shall be liable to a fine.

Art. 327b Inobservation des obligations applicables aux associations

Quiconque, intentionnellement, viole les obligations des associations prévues aux art. 61a et 69, al. 2, du code civil437 est puni d’une amende.
