Art. 51

The following courts or authorities have jurisdiction to hear actions and to order measures relating to marital property:

a.
with respect to the liquidation of the marital property regime on the death of one of the spouses: the Swiss judicial or administrative authorities that have jurisdiction to settle the estate (Art. 86 to 89);
b.32
with respect to the liquidation of the marital property regime on divorce or separation: the Swiss judicial authorities that have jurisdiction in that respect (Art. 59, 60, 60a, 63, 64);
c.
in all other cases: the Swiss judicial or administrative authorities that have jurisdiction to rule on the effects of marriage (Art. 46, 47).

Art. 51

Sont compétentes pour connaître des actions ou ordonner les mesures relatives aux régimes matrimoniaux:

a.
lors de la dissolution du régime matrimonial consécutive au décès d’un des époux, les autorités judiciaires ou administratives suisses compétentes pour liquider la succession (art. 86 à 89);
b.30
lors de la dissolution du régime matrimonial consécutive à la dissolution judiciaire du lien conjugal ou à la séparation de corps, les autorités judiciaires suisses compétentes à cet effet (art. 59, 60, 60a, 63, 64);
c.
dans les autres cas, les autorités judiciaires ou administratives suisses compétentes pour statuer sur les effets du mariage (art. 46, 47).
