Art. 7 Disputes concerning insurance supplementary to social health insurance

The cantons may designate a court that has jurisdiction as sole cantonal instance for disputes relating to insurance supplementary to social health insurance under the Federal Act of 18 March 199417 on Health Insurance.

Art. 7 Litiges portant sur les assurances complémentaires à l’assurance‑maladie sociale

Les cantons peuvent instituer un tribunal qui statue en tant qu’instance cantonale unique sur les litiges portant sur les assurances complémentaires à l’assurance-maladie sociale selon la loi fédérale du 18 mars 1994 sur l’assurance-maladie17.
