Art. 358 Form

1 The arbitration agreement must be done in writing or in any other form allowing it to be evidenced by text.

2 The provisions of this Part apply by analogy to arbitration clauses in unilateral transactions or in articles of association.177

Art. 357 Convention d’arbitrage

1 La convention d’arbitrage peut porter sur des litiges existants ou futurs résultant d’un rapport de droit déterminé.

2 La validité de la convention ne peut pas être contestée pour le motif que le contrat principal ne serait pas valable.
