Art. 16 Notification forms and explanatory notes

1 The Competition Commission shall specify the information required for the notification in a notification form. It shall communicate the extent to which a notification submitted to a foreign authority may be of use for the purposes of a Swiss notification.

2 It shall arrange for the publication of the notification forms and explanatory notes in the Federal Gazette

Art. 16 Formulaires d’annonce et notes explicatives

1 La Commission de la concurrence définit les indications nécessaires à l’annonce dans un formulaire ad hoc. Elle précise dans quelle mesure une notification déposée auprès d’une autorité étrangère est utilisable pour l’annonce en Suisse.

2 Elle ordonne la publication des formulaires d’annonce et des notes explicatives dans la Feuille fédérale.
