1 The Competition Commission may detail the information required under Article 11 in notification forms and set out the notification requirements in more detail in explanatory notes. It may determine the extent to which a notification filed with a foreign authority may be used for the notification of planned concentrations in Switzerland.
2 The Competition Commission shall publish any notification forms and explanatory notes in the Federal Gazette.

Elle peut fixer dans quelle mesure une notification déposée auprès d’une autorité étrangère est utilisable pour la notification d’une opération de concentration en Suisse.
2 La commission ordonne la publication dans la Feuille fédérale des formulaires de notification et des notes explicatives.
