Art. 554 I. Place of registration

The partnership must be registered in the commercial register for the place where its seat is located.

Art. 553 B. Sociétés n’exerçant pas une activité commerciale

Si la société n’exploite pas une industrie en la forme commerciale, elle n’existe comme société en nom collectif que du moment où elle se fait inscrire sur le registre du commerce.
