Art. 464 D. Prohibition of competition

1 A registered attorney or commercial agent appointed to manage the affairs of the business as a whole or employed by the owner of the business may not without the owner’s consent engage in transactions for his own account or that of a third party in the economic sectors in which the owner himself is active.263

2 In the event of any violation of this provision, the owner of the business may seek compensation for the resultant damage and appropriate the relevant transactions for his own account.
