Art. 360e 5. Associations’ right of action

Employers’ and employees’ associations have the right to apply for a declaratory judgment as to whether an employer is in compliance with the standard employment contract as defined in Article 360a.

Art. 360e 5. Qualité pour agir des associations

Les associations représentant les employeurs ou les travailleurs peuvent ouvrir une action tendant à faire constater le respect ou le non-respect du contrat-type de travail au sens de l’art. 360a.
