Art. 331b III. Assignment and pledge

Claims for future benefits may not be validly assigned or pledged before they fall due.

Art. 331b III. Cession et mise en gage

La créance en prestations de prévoyance futures ne peut être valablement ni cédée ni mise en gage avant d’être exigible.
