Art. 322 1. Type and amount in general

1 The employer must pay the agreed or customary salary or the salary that is fixed by standard employment contract or collective employment contract.

2 Where the employee lives in the employer’s household, his board and lodgings are part of the salary unless agreement or custom provide otherwise.

1 L’employeur paie au travailleur le salaire convenu, usuel ou fixé par un contrat-type de travail ou par une convention collective.

2 Si le travailleur vit dans le ménage de l’employeur, son entretien et son logement font partie du salaire, sauf accord ou usage contraire.
