Art. 292 J. Transfer of usufructuary lease to a third party

Article 263 applies mutatis mutandis to the transfer of a usufructuary lease of commercial premises to a third party.

Art. 292 J. Transfert du bail à un tiers

L’art. 263 est applicable par analogie au transfert à un tiers du bail à ferme de locaux commerciaux.
