Art. 261b III. Entry under priority notice in the land register

1 The parties to a lease may agree to have it entered under priority notice in the land register.

2 The effect of such entry is that every future owner must allow the property to be used in accordance with the lease.

Art. 261b III. Annotation au registre foncier

1 Les parties peuvent stipuler l’annotation de baux d’immeubles au registre foncier.

2 L’annotation oblige tout nouveau propriétaire à laisser au locataire l’usage de l’immeuble en conformité du bail.
