220 Loi fédérale du 30 mars 1911 complétant le code civil suisse (Livre cinquième: Droit des obligations)
Art. 1096 1. Requirements
A promissory note contains:
- 1.
- the designation ‘promissory note’ in the text of the instrument and in the language in which it is issued;
- 2.
- the unconditional promise to pay a certain sum of money;
- 3.
- the due date;
- 4.
- the place of payment;
- 5.
- the name of the person to whom or to whose order payment is to be made;
- 7.
- the date on which and place at which the note is made;
- 8.
- the maker’s signature.
Art. 1093 d. Droits dérivant de l’enrichissement
L’action exercée pour cause d’enrichissement illégitime contre le tiré, contre le domiciliataire ou contre la personne ou raison de commerce pour le compte de laquelle la lettre de change a été tirée se règle en conformité de la loi du pays où ces personnes sont domiciliées.
