Art. 6c 2. Accounting and auditors

The provisions of the Amendment of 16 December 2005704 relating to accounting and auditors apply from first financial year that begins on or after the commencement of this Code.

Art. 6bbis 1a. Associations tenues de s’inscrire au registre du commerce

Les associations existantes visées à l’art. 61, al. 2, doivent se conformer aux prescriptions des art. 61a et 69, al. 2, dans les 18 mois suivant l’entrée en vigueur de la modification du 19 mars 2021. Les associations existantes visées à l’art. 61, al. 2, ch. 3, doivent en outre, dans le même délai, s’inscrire au registre du commerce.
