958.1 Bundesgesetz vom 19. Juni 2015 über die Finanzmarktinfrastrukturen und das Marktverhalten im Effekten- und Derivatehandel (Finanzmarktinfrastrukturgesetz, FinfraG)
Art. 148 Violation of the provisions on protection against confusion and deception and notification duties
A fine not exceeding CHF 500,000 shall be imposed on any person who wilfully:
- a.
- violates the provision on protection against confusion and deception (Art. 16);
- b.
- fails to provide the supervisory authorities with the prescribed notifications in accordance with Articles 9 and 17, or does so incorrectly or too late.
Art. 148 Verletzung der Bestimmungen über den Schutz vor Verwechslung und Täuschung und der Meldepflichten
Mit Busse bis zu 500 000 Franken wird bestraft, wer vorsätzlich:
- a.
- gegen die Bestimmung über den Schutz vor Verwechslung und Täuschung (Art. 16) verstösst;
- b.
- die nach den Artikeln 9 und 17 vorgeschriebenen Meldungen an die Aufsichtsbehörden nicht, falsch oder zu spät erstattet.
