958.1 Bundesgesetz vom 19. Juni 2015 über die Finanzmarktinfrastrukturen und das Marktverhalten im Effekten- und Derivatehandel (Finanzmarktinfrastrukturgesetz, FinfraG)
Art. 14 IT systems
1 A financial market infrastructure shall operate IT systems which:
- a.
- ensure fulfilment of the duties arising from this Act and are appropriate for its activities;
- b.
- provide for effective emergency arrangements; and
- c.
- ensure the continuity of its business activity.
2 It shall provide for measures to protect the integrity and confidentiality of information regarding its participants and their transactions.
Art. 14 Informationstechnische Systeme
1 Eine Finanzmarktinfrastruktur betreibt informationstechnische Systeme, welche:
- a.
- die Erfüllung der Pflichten aus diesem Gesetz sicherstellen und ihren Tätigkeiten angemessen sind;
- b.
- über wirksame Notfallvorkehrungen verfügen; und
- c.
- die Kontinuität ihrer Geschäftstätigkeit gewährleisten.
2 Sie sieht Vorkehrungen zum Schutz der Integrität und Vertraulichkeit von Informationen ihrer Teilnehmer und von deren Transaktionen vor.
