Art. 121 Notification duty for organised groups
A group organised pursuant to an agreement or otherwise must comply with the notification duty laid down in Article 120 as a group and shall disclose:
- a.
- its total holdings;
- b.
- the identity of its members;
- c.
- the nature of the agreement;
- d.
- the representation.
Art. 121 Meldepflicht für organisierte Gruppen
Eine vertraglich oder auf andere Weise organisierte Gruppe muss die Meldepflicht nach Artikel 120 als Gruppe erfüllen und Meldung erstatten über:
- a.
- die Gesamtbeteiligung;
- b.
- die Identität der einzelnen Mitglieder;
- c.
- die Art der Absprache;
- d.
- die Vertretung.
