Art. 1 Subject matter

This Ordinance governs:

a.
the authorisation conditions for financial institutions;
b.
the duties of the financial institutions;
c.
the supervision of the financial institutions.

Art. 1 Gegenstand

(Art. 1 und 72 FINIG)

Diese Verordnung regelt namentlich:

a.
die Bewilligungsvoraussetzungen für Finanzinstitute;
b.
die Pflichten der Finanzinstitute;
c.
die Aufsicht über Finanzinstitute.
