954.1 Bundesgesetz vom 15. Juni 2018 über die Finanzinstitute (Finanzinstitutsgesetz, FINIG)
Art. 70 Violation of the provisions on protection against confusion and deception and notification duties
A fine not exceeding CHF 500,000 shall be imposed on any person who wilfully:
- a.
- violates the provision on protection against confusion and deception (Article 13);
- b.
- fails to provide FINMA with the prescribed notifications in accordance with Articles 11 and 15, or does so incorrectly or too late.
Art. 70 Verletzung der Bestimmungen über den Schutz vor Verwechslung und Täuschung und der Meldepflichten
Mit Busse bis zu 500 000 Franken wird bestraft, wer vorsätzlich:
- a.
- gegen die Bestimmung über den Schutz vor Verwechslung und Täuschung (Art. 13) verstösst;
- b.
- die nach den Artikeln 11 und 15 vorgeschriebenen Meldungen an die FINMA nicht, falsch oder zu spät erstattet.
