935.911 Verordnung vom 30. Januar 2019 über das Bergführerwesen und das Anbieten weiterer Risikoaktivitäten (Risikoaktivitätenverordnung)
Art. 25 Duty to provide information
Persons who hold licences under the Act must inform their clients of their insurance cover or the equivalent surety or guarantee:
- a.
- in their contracts and their General Terms and Conditions;
- b.
- in booking confirmations and on tickets;
- c.
- on their websites or in their online information.
Art. 25 Informationspflicht
Wer über eine Bewilligung nach dem Gesetz verfügt, muss seine Kundinnen und Kunden über seine Versicherung oder die gleichgestellte Sicherheit informieren:
- a.
- in den Verträgen und den Allgemeinen Geschäftsbedingungen;
- b.
- auf Buchungsbestätigungen und Billetten;
- c.
- im Internetauftritt.
