1 The Confederation may make an additional payment to producers for grain. The Confederation may restrict the additional payment to grain for human consumption.
2 The additional payment shall be based on the budgeted resources and the quantity or the area under cultivation that is eligible for subsidies. The Federal Council shall specify the requirements for making the additional payment.
3 The branch organisations may take joint self-help measures relating to the use of the additional payment in terms of paragraph 1.

1 Für Getreide kann der Bund eine Zulage an die Produzenten und Produzentinnen ausrichten. Der Bund kann die Zulage auf Getreide zur menschlichen Ernährung beschränken.
2 Die Zulage richtet sich nach den budgetierten Mitteln und der zu Beiträgen berechtigenden Menge oder Anbaufläche. Der Bundesrat legt die Voraussetzungen für die Ausrichtung der Zulage fest.
3 Die Branchenorganisationen können für die Verwendung der Zulage nach Absatz 1 kollektive Selbsthilfemassnahmen treffen.
