1 The FOAG operates a geographical information system as support for the executive tasks assigned to the federal and cantonal authorities under the terms of this Act.
2 The information system contains data on land and land-use as well as further data for regional executive tasks.
3 Access and use of the data are covered by the provisions of the Federal Act of 5 October 2007215 on Geographical Information.
1 Das BLW betreibt ein geografisches Informationssystem zur Unterstützung der Vollzugsaufgaben von Bund und Kantonen nach diesem Gesetz.
2 Das Informationssystem enthält Daten über Flächen und deren Nutzung sowie weitere Daten für Vollzugsaufgaben mit räumlichem Bezug.
3 Der Zugang und die Nutzung der Daten richtet sich nach den Bestimmungen des Geoinformationsgesetzes vom 5. Oktober 2007215.
