Art. 107 Investment loans for communal measures

1 Investment loans are granted in particular for:

a.
land improvements;
b.159
buildings, installations and machinery erected or purchased by farmers for joint self-help projects in order to rationalise their operations, to facilitate the preparation, storage and marketing of local produce or to produce energy from biomass;
c.160
setting up agricultural self-help organisations for market-orientated production and management;
d.161
regional development projects and projects aimed at promoting local and regional products in which agriculture plays a major role.

2 In the case of larger projects, support may be granted in the form of building loans.162

3 The Federal Council may stipulate requirements and obligations.

Art. 107 Investitionskredite für gemeinschaftliche Massnahmen

1 Investitionskredite werden insbesondere gewährt für:

a.
Bodenverbesserungen;
b.159
Bauten, Einrichtungen und Maschinen, welche Produzenten oder Produzentinnen in gemeinsamer Selbsthilfe erstellen oder anschaffen, um ihre Betriebe zu rationalisieren, um die Aufbereitung, Lagerung und Vermarktung in der Region erzeugter Produkte zu erleichtern oder um Energie aus Biomasse zu gewinnen;
c.160
den Aufbau von bäuerlichen Selbsthilfeorganisationen im Bereich der marktgerechten Produktion und der Betriebsführung;
d.161
Projekte zur regionalen Entwicklung und zur Förderung von einheimischen und regionalen Produkten, an denen die Landwirtschaft vorwiegend beteiligt ist.

2 Für grössere Projekte können Investitionskredite auch in Form von Baukrediten gewährt werden.162

3 Der Bundesrat kann Voraussetzungen und Auflagen festlegen.
