814.680 Verordnung vom 26. August 1998 über die Sanierung von belasteten Standorten (Altlasten-Verordnung, AltlV)
Art. 24 Deviation from procedural regulations
Deviation from the procedures specified in this Ordinance shall be permitted if:
- a.
- immediate measures for the protection of the environment are necessary;
- b.
- the need for monitoring or remediation can be assessed, or the required measures determined, on the basis of existing information;
- c.
- a polluted site is modified by the construction or alteration of a building or installation;
- d.
- voluntary measures by those directly concerned have an equivalent effect to those specified in the Ordinance.
Art. 24 Abweichen von Verfahrensvorschriften
Von dem in dieser Verordnung geregelten Verfahren kann abgewichen werden, wenn:
- a.
- zum Schutz der Umwelt Sofortmassnahmen nötig sind;
- b.
- die Überwachungs- oder Sanierungsbedürftigkeit oder die erforderlichen Massnahmen auf Grund bereits vorhandener Angaben beurteilt werden können;
- c.
- ein belasteter Standort durch die Erstellung oder Änderung einer Baute oder Anlage verändert wird;
- d.
- freiwillige Massnahmen der direkt Betroffenen einen gleichwertigen Vollzug dieser Verordnung gewährleisten.
