1 Before persons leave, or materials are removed from, controlled areas, it must be ensured that the guidance value specified in Annex 3 Column 12 for surface contamination is not exceeded. For the clearance of materials, the requirements specified in Article 106 apply.
2 If, in controlled areas, the contamination of materials and surfaces is greater than 10 times the guidance value specified in Annex 3 Column 12, decontamination measures must be implemented or other appropriate protection measures adopted.
3 If, in controlled areas, part of the contamination will remain attached to the surface under foreseeable conditions of handling, the guidance values specified in Annex 3 Column 12 shall only apply to the transferable contamination.
1 Verlassen Personen Kontrollbereiche oder werden Materialien aus diesen herausgenommen, so muss zuvor sichergestellt werden, dass der Richtwert nach Anhang 3 Spalte 12 für die Oberflächenkontamination nicht überschritten ist. Für die Befreiung von Materialien gelten die Anforderungen nach Artikel 106.
2 Liegt in Kontrollbereichen die Kontamination von Materialien und Oberflächen über dem zehnfachen Richtwert nach Anhang 3 Spalte 12, so müssen Dekontaminationsmassnahmen durchgeführt oder andere geeignete Schutzmassnahmen getroffen werden.
3 Bleibt in Kontrollbereichen ein Teil einer Kontamination bei den voraussehbaren Beanspruchungen an der Oberfläche fixiert, so gelten die Richtwerte nach Anhang 3 Spalte 12 nur für die übertragbare Kontamination.
