Art. 34 Survey of medical population doses

¹ The FOPH shall survey on a regular basis, but at least every ten years, the radiation doses received by the population from medical exposures.

² It may request from licence holders anonymised data on therapeutic, diagnostic, interventional or nuclear medicine applications, in particular:

a.: time and type of application and anatomical region;
b.: exposure parameters;
c.: radiation dose or activity levels;
d.: installation specifications;
e.: sex, age, height and weight of patients;
f.: number of individual exposures per application, classified by type and anatomical region.

³ It may request third parties to prepare statistics. For this purpose, it shall provide them with the necessary data.

Art. 34 Erhebung der medizinischen Strahlendosen

¹ Das BAG erhebt regelmässig, jedoch mindestens alle zehn Jahre, die Strahlendosen der medizinischen Expositionen in der Bevölkerung.

² Es kann bei Bewilligungsinhaberinnen und -inhabern anonymisierte Daten zu therapeutischen, diagnostischen, interventionellen oder nuklearmedizinischen Anwendungen einfordern, insbesondere:

a.: Zeitpunkt, Art und anatomische Region der Anwendung;
b.: Expositionsparameter;
c.: Strahlendosiswerte oder Aktivitätswerte;
d.: Anlagespezifikationen;
e.: Geschlecht, Alter, Grösse und Gewicht der Patientinnen und Patienten;
f.: Anzahl der einzelnen Expositionen pro Anwendung, unterteilt in Art und anatomische Region.

³ Es kann Dritte mit dem Erstellen von Statistiken beauftragen. Es gibt ihnen hierzu die notwendigen Daten bekannt.
