The licence holder must document all therapeutic and diagnostic exposures in the medium-dose or high-dose range and in mammography in such a way that the radiation dose received by the patient can be determined at a later date.
Die Bewilligungsinhaberin oder der Bewilligungsinhaber muss alle therapeutischen und diagnostischen Expositionen aus dem mittleren Dosisbereich oder dem Hochdosisbereich und in der Mammografie so dokumentieren, dass die Strahlendosis der Patientin oder des Patienten im Nachhinein ermittelt werden kann.
