Art. 28

1 The cantonal authorities shall ensure that storage facilities for farm manure and liquid digestate are regularly inspected; the frequency of the inspections shall correspond to the risk of pollution to the waters.29


2 The following shall be inspected:

a.
whether the prescribed storage capacity is available;
b.
whether the storage facilities (including pipes) leak;
c.
whether facilities are in working order;
d.
whether the facilities are operated in accordance with the regulations.

Art. 28


1 Die kantonale Behörde sorgt dafür, dass die Lagereinrichtungen für Hofdünger und flüssiges Gärgut regelmässig kontrolliert werden; die Zeitabstände richten sich nach der Gewässergefährdung.29

2 Kontrolliert wird, ob:

a.
die vorgeschriebene Lagerkapazität vorhanden ist;
b.
die Lagereinrichtungen (einschliesslich Leitungen) dicht sind;
c.
die Einrichtungen funktionstüchtig sind;
d.
die Einrichtungen ordnungsgemäss betrieben werden.
