Art. 24 Normal local farming area

1 The normal local farming area (Art. 14 para. 4 WPA) is the agricultural land located within 6 km by road from the livestock buildings in which the farm manure is produced.19

2 In order to take account of local farming conditions, the cantonal authorities may reduce or extend this limit by a maximum of 2 km.

Art. 24 Ortsüblicher Bewirtschaftungsbereich

1 Der ortsübliche Bewirtschaftungsbereich (Art. 14 Abs. 4 GSchG) umfasst die Nutzflächen in einer Fahrdistanz von maximal 6 km um das Stallgebäude, in dem der Hofdünger anfällt.19

2 Die kantonale Behörde kann diese Begrenzung unter Berücksichtigung der ortsüblichen Bewirtschaftungsverhältnisse herabsetzen oder um höchstens 2 km erhöhen.
