1 The cantons shall plan the measures in accordance with Article 83a and specify the deadlines for their implementation. The planning also includes the measures that must be implemented by persons responsible for hydropower plants in accordance with Article 10 of the Federal Act of 21 June 1991103 on Fishing.
2 The cantons shall submit the plans to the Confederation by 31 December 2014.
3 They shall report to the Confederation every four years on the measures that have been implemented.
1 Die Kantone planen die Massnahmen nach Artikel 83a und legen die Fristen zu deren Umsetzung fest. Die Planung umfasst auch die Massnahmen, die nach Artikel 10 des Bundesgesetzes vom 21. Juni 1991103 über die Fischerei von den Inhabern von Wasserkraftwerken zu treffen sind.
2 Die Kantone reichen die Planung bis zum 31. Dezember 2014 dem Bund ein.
3 Sie erstatten dem Bund alle vier Jahre Bericht über die durchgeführten Massnahmen.
