813.12 Verordnung vom 18. Mai 2005 über das Inverkehrbringen von und den Umgang mit Biozidprodukten (Biozidprodukteverordnung, VBP)
Art. 62e Transitional Provision to the Amendment of 18 November 2020
The following biocidal products, notwithstanding that they do not have a UFI on 1 January 2022, may be placed on the market at the latest until 31 December 2025 without indicating the UFI in accordance with Article 14a:
- a.
- biocidal products intended for professional users;
- b.
- biocidal products intended for private users and placed on the market before 1 January 2022.
Art. 62e Übergangsbestimmungen zur Änderung vom 18. November 2020
Die folgenden Biozidprodukte dürfen, wenn sie am 1. Januar 2022 über keinen UFI verfügen, noch längstens bis zum 31. Dezember 2025 ohne Angabe des UFI nach Artikel 14a in Verkehr gebracht werden:
- a.
- Biozidprodukte, die für berufliche Verwenderinnen bestimmt sind;
- b.
- Biozidprodukte, die für private Verwenderinnen bestimmt sind und vor dem 1. Januar 2022 in Verkehr gebracht worden sind.
