813.12 Verordnung vom 18. Mai 2005 über das Inverkehrbringen von und den Umgang mit Biozidprodukten (Biozidprodukteverordnung, VBP)
Art. 11h
A biocidal product shall be authorised under a simplified procedure if the following conditions are met:
- a.
- all the active substances contained in the biocidal product are listed in Annex I and satisfy any restriction specified in that Annex;
- b.
- the biocidal product does not contain any substance of concern;
- c.
- the biocidal product does not contain any nanomaterials;
- d.
- the biocidal product is sufficiently effective;
- e.
- the handling of the biocidal product and its intended use do not require personal protective equipment.
Art. 11h
Ein Biozidprodukt wird nach einem vereinfachten Verfahren zugelassen, wenn die folgenden Voraussetzungen erfüllt sind:
- a.
- Alle Wirkstoffe in dem Biozidprodukt sind in Anhang 1 aufgeführt und genügen den Beschränkungen gemäss diesem Anhang.
- b.
- Das Biozidprodukt enthält keinen bedenklichen Stoff.
- c.
- Das Biozidprodukt enthält keine Nanomaterialien.
- d.
- Das Biozidprodukt ist hinreichend wirksam.
- e.
- Die Handhabung des Biozidprodukts und sein beabsichtigter Verwendungszweck erfordern keine persönliche Schutzausrüstung.
