1 The Notification Authority, on its own initiative or at the request of an assessment authority, shall instruct the cantonal enforcement authorities to inspect certain substances, preparations or objects, especially in accordance with Article 81 paragraph 1.
2 The cantonal enforcement authorities shall collect samples at the request of the Notification Authority.
3 If the inspections identify serious concerns, the authority that performed the inspections shall inform the Notification Authority and the authorities responsible for orders in accordance with Article 90a.144
4 If there are grounds for suspecting incorrect classification, the authority that performed the inspections shall inform the Notification Authority.

1 Die Anmeldestelle weist von sich aus oder auf Antrag einer Beurteilungsstelle die kantonalen Vollzugsbehörden an, bestimmte Stoffe, Zubereitungen oder Gegenstände zu kontrollieren, insbesondere auch nach Artikel 81 Absatz 1.
2 Die kantonalen Vollzugsbehörden erheben auf Ersuchen der Anmeldestelle Proben.
3 Geben die Kontrollen Anlass zu erheblichen Beanstandungen, so informiert die kontrollierende Behörde die Anmeldestelle und die nach Artikel 90a für die Verfügungen zuständigen Behörden.144
4 Bei begründetem Verdacht auf eine fehlerhafte Einstufung informiert die kontrollierende Behörde die Anmeldestelle.
