Safeguards Ordinance of 4 June 2021 (SaO)
The person with authority for a facility under Article 12 paragraph 1 shall designate a person responsible for reports and for conducting inspections and entrust that person with the necessary competencies and provide him/her with the required resources.
Die verfügungsberechtigte Person nach Artikel 12 Absatz 1 hat eine für die Berichterstattung sowie die Durchführung von Inspektionen verantwortliche Person zu bezeichnen und mit den erforderlichen Kompetenzen und Mitteln auszustatten.
