Art. 78

An installation operator shall notify the FOEN without delay about:249

a.
changes that could affect its reduction obligations;
b.
changes in contact information.

Art. 77 Sicherstellung der Sanktion

Ist die Zielerreichung bei einem Betreiber von Anlagen gefährdet, so kann das BAFU die Sicherstellung der voraussichtlichen Sanktion verlangen, bis die Gefährdung nicht mehr besteht.
